A temporarily ‘headless’ communications department during an election year presented the Municipality of Grimbergen with a real challenge. Several projects had to be launched quickly to ensure they were completed before the elections. We therefore took full ownership of three projects, from project management and coordination through to effective implementation.

As front office staff, we temporarily joined the communications team of the Municipality of Grimbergen. Our presence on site ensured quick follow-up, availability for questions and a structured way of working.

With a clear leaflet about waste, a brand-new map of slow roads and a refreshed edition of the Grimbergen Zomert magazine, we delivered polished end products to the residents of Grimbergen.
